Well it's Monday

Mondays always seem to be a very busy day - Time to stock up on wood for the week and also to plan weekly meals. We have our own hens that have been very good to us as you can see so what I'm going to do is for Dessert, is to make some Baked Egg Custard. This recipe is easy and can be doubled.
6 Eggs Beaten
3/4 C Sugar
1/2 t Salt
2 t Nutmeg
1 t Vanilla
4 C Milk
1. Bring milk just to a boil and add beaten eggs and remaining ingredients.
2. Whisk well.
3. Pour into a buttered baking dish and bake in a 350* preheated oven for about 30 minutes. Some ovens may vary so after 30 minutes use a toothpick in the center and continue baking until toothpick comes out clean - Enjoy!
