Goat Milk Ice cream

5 cups goat milk
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Combine all together in sauce pan. Heat to about 160 F. When sugar has melted remove from heat - cool mixture enough to be able to place in Icecream maker. I use the cusisinart ice cream, yogurt,sorbet maker.
You can add fresh fruit before freezing
